Is Rihanna looking to rekindle her highly scrutinized romance with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown?

Life & Style reports that the Grammy Awards on February 12 won't be the first time that the pair have spent time together since he was charged with assault back in 2009.

Apparently, she's been in the studio with him. "Not only has she initiated a Twitter conversation with Chris for all to see, but she has gone to see him," a source told the magazine. 

Cryptic messages on Twitter timed suspiciously close together have fueled speculation that the former lovebirds are keeping in close contact. Neither of them have confirmed this, however.

Chris is currently dating model Karrueche Tran, whom he has been with since late 2010. But supposedly, Rihanna sees his new relationship as an obstacle to be easily overcome. 

"She's trying to break up Chris and his girlfriend, Karrueche," the source said. "Chris is happy, but Rihanna keeps playing her games to make trouble. It's become an issue."
