Terrence Howard order to pay in split
It’s hard out here for a pimp! Actor Terrence Howard has been ordered to pay $50,000 to his estranged wife.
Their relationship has been rocky with Terrence (pictured with his daughter at the 2012 BET Honors) accusing Michelle Ghent Howard of racism. He claims that Michelle would scream things like, “I never wanted to marry a n**ger in the first place” and “I definitely didn’t want to be the step mother of some n**ger kids,” TMZ reports.
Terrence also stated in court that she threatened to have him killed by some violent Russians. Terrence claims that Michelle told him, “I have a lot of Russian friends who would do it as a favor."
Michelle didn’t paint a pretty picture of Terrence, either. Court documents state that the Red Tails started beating her up seven days after they married in January 2010. In one incident, Michelle claims he threw her across the room and threatened to throw her off the balcony while staying at a South Africa hotel.
These aren't the first allegations of domestic violence that have been leveled against the actor. In 2001, he was arrested for assaulting his then wife when the two were separated. He ended up pleading guilty to disorderly conduct.
Now, Terrence has 30 days to give up the court-ordered payment. The judge ruled that Michelle needs the money for temporary spousal support ($10,000), legal fees ($20,000), accounting costs ($20,000) and to pay off her Range Rovers ($1,800/mounth).
